How Do I Choose The Right Hospice?
Death and dying are not easy to deal with. Only a few are ready to face the challenges that come at the end of life. The goal of the Hospice care is to achieve the best quality of life possible during this difficult time.
Consult you doctor about the hospice programs available in you community. Ask you Hospital’s social worker, discharge planner or care manager. Check your local yellow pages. Consult friends who may have used hospice services in the past.
